Ceramic art series - Uchu No Tani / Seed Pods from Space is created from a clay body mixture of Kyoto porcelain, Toku Jo-Shigaraki stoneware with heavy grog, and momigara (rice husks). This series is coated with Kyoto porcelain slip and high-fired to 1280 ˙C. Exhibited at Gallery Midori in Mashiko, Japan.
